- What doesn't work for St Armand's will certainly work for downtown! As a downtown business owner for many years, I would welcome 3 hour term limits! Commission Turner is so out of touch with the needs for this beautiful city and it appears more and more to me that he has an agenda that influences everything he says and does.
I for one believe we should fund our parking program by metering the beaches and Tier one in downtown, St Armand's & Hillview. The remainder of the parking should be free with 3 hour + term limits.
