Blue Dolphin Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken breast
1/8 cup diced celery
1/8 granny smith apple, diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons sour cream
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon onion powder

Method:

1. Cook chicken breast at 325 degrees until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
2. Chop chicken into bite-size chunks.
3. Dice celery and apple.
4. Combine celery and apple in a large bowl.
5. Add mayonnaise and sour cream.
6. Add remaining ingredients and toss together.
