Longboat Key Police Chief Pete Cumming informed Town Manager Dave Bullock Monday, April 1 that Administrative Captain Bill Tokaje has accepted the position of police chief for the city of Holmes Beach. Tokajer will be reporting to his new post on Monday, April 8. Cumming has appointed Officer Frank Rubino to assume Tokajer's responsibilities as administrative captain.
