Engineer calls traffic increase 'minimal'

As a Longboat Key property owner, I hope the Key Club project will soon be approved, with consideration of public input. LBK will benefit from the shot-in-the-arm that the project will provide. Hopefully, it will be the beginning of new life, and responsible development, both commercial and residential, that Longboat (or any community) needs for long-term health.

Now, when is someone going to tackle the sleepy Circle? It too could use new life.
