Steven and Susan Freedman, of Lutz, sold Unit B-704 at 535 Sanctuary Drive in Unit IV of the 186-unit Sanctuary to Melvyn and Eleanor Glickman, 585 Sanctuary Drive, for $1,075,000. Built in 1990, the 2,590-square-foot unit has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. It last sold for $1,425,000 in June 2003.

Sixteen campers learned how to windsurf and paddleboard during a four-day camp led by Island Style Water Sports and US Sailing certified instructor Laurel Kaiser from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. out at Ken Thompson Park as well as at the Sarasota Sailing Squadron.
