Harry’s Continental Kitchens owners Harry and Lynn Christensen presented a check for $935 Thursday, June 25, for United Way of Manatee County’s Climbing for Dollars, which raises money for the charity through rock climbing.
The money was raised at Harry’s most recent wine tasting, held last Thursday, which 176 people attended.
According to Lynn Christensen, the wine tasting raised more money than any of Harry’s earlier wine-tasting fundraisers, which benefit local nonprofit groups.
