Shoppers arrived early March 27 for the Save Our Seabirds rummage sale and found a wide variety items available. Co-Chairwomen Debbie Bill, Cynthia Massey and Mary Lou Johnson worked for weeks getting ready for the event. In addition, author Roger Hammond was on hand to autograph his “The Pelican Files” book. Many of the shoppers took time to tour the sanctuary, located on City Island, before leaving.
Items not sold were donated to The Pines Thrift Shop.
