Bird Key Yacht Club opened its doors for the first ever Super Bowl Party on Sunday, Feb. 5. Members dined on appetizers and rooted on their teams. They even had a quiet room, or “box seats,” for the serious fans.

Referees blowing their whistles and Cheerleaders waving their pom-poms sold raffle tickets at Sarasota Yacht Club’s Super Bowl party on Sunday, Feb. 5. Fifty percent of the money raised goes toward the Sarasota Yacht Club Charitable Foundation, which gives grants to students working toward environmental degrees.

Pizza, ribs and even healthy appetizers were snacked on pre-Super Bowl at Promenade Condominiums on Sunday, Feb. 5. While some showed spirit for the Giants, others showed love for the Patriots, and some just enjoyed the food.
