+ Michael Saunders & Co. partners with IMG Academies
Michael Saunders & Co. was named as the onsite broker for IMG Academies, in Bradenton, the real-estate company announced in a press release last week.
The company has opened a full-service office on the tennis academy’s campus, located at 5500 34th St. W., Bradenton. Adam Cuffaro, who has leased and sold properties from an office on the campus, will join Michael Saunders & Co.
First-year students at IMG Academies often prepare for four years of residence on or off campus, and their families often look to purchase homes in the area. The academy’s adult programs also draw people from around the world.
“We couldn’t be more delighted about being invited to strategically link with the world’s largest and most successful multi-sport training-and-education academy,” said company founder and president Michael Saunders in a press release.
“IMG Academies has a commitment to its students, their families and other elite clients to supply them with the expertise and assistance they need to get settled quickly and comfortably,” said IMG Academies Managing Director Sam Zussman in the prepared statement.
