+ Coldwell Longboat Key adds two new associates
Coldwell Banker Previews Residential Realty’s Longboat Key office has added two new sales associates to its team.
Joe Cinque spent 30 years in technology sales and marketing prior to entering the real-estate business. He served the majority of that time in executive leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard Co. In his real-estate career, Cinque has focused on home sales in luxury golf-and-waterfront communities.
Steve Kraguljac is the former president and owner of Platinum Homes, in Cleveland. He moved to Sarasota five years ago and worked for Sky General Contracting and Morrison Homes before entering the real-estate business.

For the month of July, Wagner Realty gave listing honors to Marta Altizer, of the Longboat Key office; Elfi Starrett and Becky Smith, of the Anna Maria office; Patty Chaffin, of the West Manatee office; Margo MacKenzie, of the Sarasota office; and Bea Zaffina, The Greiner Group, of the corporate office.
Cathy Meldahl, of the Longboat Key office; Kathy Tobin, of the Anna Maria office; Jim and James Adkins, of the West Manatee office; Iva Fadley-Dane, of the Sarasota office; Sandy Greiner, The Greiner Group, of the corporate office; and Ken Clanton, of the commercial division, received top sales awards.

Youth sailors descend on City Island

Approximately 250 people hit the water Saturday, April 20 through Sunday, April 21, for Sailfest. The regatta, Sarasota Youth Sailing's biggest fundraiser of the year, included four classes of competition — Optimus, 420, Laser and Multi-hull — and a barbecue feast. -
Book club sunsets for the season

The Sunset Beach Book Club, in its 10th year, ended this season with a luncheon and discussion of the book “Gone Girl,” by Gillian Flynn, April 18, at Lazy Lobster. Discussion moderator was Ricki Carroll. Together, the group read five books this season.
