Afternoon summer showers may have hit the area, but that didn’t stop Sarasota Yacht Club kids from participating in activities and playing games last weekend. The Longboat Observer visited SYC over the Labor Day holiday weekend to check in on the fun times, which included foosball, noodle T-ball, ping-pong, four square, badminton and a frozen T-shirt relay race. In additional Sarasota Yacht Club activities, some members and their families met on Lido Beach for a beach volleyball tournament and raft up.
