The Boston-based Juliani Kenney Investment Capital LLC purchased Whitney Beach Plaza for $3.7 million including liquid assets on Friday, Dec. 17, according to Juliani Kenney principal Brian Kenney.

- Great news.. at this price he should make it work..with a good anchor tenant. Longboat needs some new businesses to service its people..now lets hope the city does not put to many restrictions on the development of this parcel.
