Twin Shores Beach & Marina, 3740 Gulf of Mexico Drive, announced the completion of four new, two-bedroom, two-bath marina villas at the site of the community’s former rental units.
Construction for the project began Feb. 16. The project was completed in collaboration with Whitehead Construction Inc. and Mark Dejong Builders.
The united feature granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, crown molding, 18-inch floor tile and 25-foot paver patios overlooking Sarasota Bay. Construction of four additional villas will take place after the existing four are sold.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house will take place from 3 to 6 p.m., Friday, Dec. 11.
