• The stumbling block right now is the Bankrupcy Judge who must render an award to Klauber after first finding against him.Klauber will wait until that award comes down before any serious settlement discussions will take place.

• The words of wisdom from Mr. Brenner to Murf should be acted upon immediately. Action now would change attitudes and people would work together for the betterment of all.
