Learn how to make Gulf seafood pasta and watch an instructional video below:
• 1 ounce olive oil
• 8 bay scallops
• 5 jumbo shrimp
• 5 PEI mussels
• 2 ounces Chablis wine
• 4 ounces marinara
• salt and pepper
Put olive oil in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Add scallops, shrimp and mussels. Saute with Chablis wine for about 5 minutes, making sure the mussels open. Add marinara, and cook until all is hot. Finish with salt, pepper, basil and Parmesan to taste.
