A resurfacing project of side streets on St. Armands Key was completed earlier this week, according to Michael Del Rossi, project manager and engineer for the city of Sarasota.
The two-week project involved replacing 1.25 inches of asphalt on the roads.
“There really isn’t any grade changes made to the roads,” Del Rossi said.
The resurfacing work is part of a $1.8 million ongoing project involving more than 75 Sarasota streets.
