The town’s finance department was the guinea pig of a subcommittee formed to review town operations.
Subcommittee chair David Brenner interviewed Finance Director Tom Kelley Aug. 5 in the committee’s first attempt at finding efficiencies within Town Hall.
Brenner did not find much fault with the finance department’s operations.

- Aren't these subcommittee reviews an affront to the town manager? Putting town employees under the microscope is insulting. If they weren't capable why hire them in the first place?
