- In response to your update on White's response to Jim Brown, the Idiots Promoting Obstacles to Construction (IPOC) got it wrong. The blew it. If White and his cohorts don't like it, they can move--and hopefully far away.
- Now that a large oil spill may be coming our way, it may be prudent to hold off these grand expansion plans that go against the beauty of the island. Realtors are already biting their nails because of our economy and no one knows how long the pollution of the Gulf (oil spill) will continue. The government trusted the oil drillers because they 'knew what they were doing'. Who will want to come to Longboat Key when the beaches are black? What suddenly happened to our problem of an ample supply of fresh water for island residents? There are many problems that haven't been carefully thought about. If the change goes through, it will not make the residents happy-only the moneygrabbers.
- Right on, Jim Brown!!!
- Hallelujah to Jim Brown and the future of LBK!!! Well spoken!
