Tennis Resorts Online named the Resort at Longboat Key Club one of the top tennis resorts in the world in its annual listing in May.
The list, which features 75 tennis resorts and 25 tennis camps, included the Key Club in the No. 8 spot.
The listing is compiled from surveys submitted by tennis players and enthusiasts about the quality of lodging, services, amenities, dining options and programs that the resorts offer. The tennis camps category also includes ratings for the junior tennis programs that are offered.
The Key Club also received recent awards including Travel + Leisure’s Top 500 Hotels and Resorts, Worldwide and Top 100 Resort Spas, U.S., Condé Nast’s Top 40 Florida Resorts, Successful Meeting’s Pinnacle Award and Trip Advisors Certificate of Excellence.
