LBK Liquors could open at Whitney Beach Plaza by next week.
Ryan Snyder, who co-owns the shopping center and is the owner of the new liquor store, wrote in an email that the state listed the liquor license address as “6810” instead of “6854” Gulf of Mexico Drive and placed a hold on the license, pending the correction.
“We are now shooting for an opening next week,” Snyder wrote.
Some inventory for the store has been delivered, but the majority will be delivered later this week and early next week.
Store hours will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday. Glen Schloneger will manage the store.
