  • The law, and the Town Code, says that owners may not occupy their units for more than 30 consecutive days... Not as the picture headline implies.

    An owner can stay for 30 days, travel for a week, and then come back and stay for another 30 days if he so wants according to the Town Code and legal opinions. He just cannot stay for more than 30 consecutive days.

    Owners now have control of their units for 365 days per year. The developers want to take away the deeds of people who want to stay and deny them this ownership.
