Cedars owner to open office at former north-Key dentist's office

Cedars Tennis and Fitness Club Inc. and Barrier Island Realty Group owner Randy Langley will open a second real-estate office at 7000 Gulf of Mexico Drive, the location where Dr. Robert Gordon operated a dental office until 2007. Langley will continue to operate the Barrier office at Cedars.
Langley said the new office will serve as both a Longboat Key Information Center, providing maps and brochures promoting the area, and Barrier Island Realty. According to Langley, the office could open by the end of March and will, like the Cedars office, focus solely on Longboat Key properties.
“If we concentrate our sole focus on the island, I think we’ll be a better company for it,” he said.
Langley said the new location will help him to promote the tennis facilities, of which he says that many Longboat Key residents are unaware.
Langley and his wife, Charlotta, bought Cedars Tennis Resort in May 2008.
