A minor fire at Seaplace condominium caused traffic to bottleneck on the south end of the Key this morning while emergency vehicles were at the scene.

The fire did not result in injuries or major damages, according to Longboat Key Police Chief Pete Cumming.

Seaplace has 461 units and is located in the 1900 and 2000 blocks of Gulf of Mexico Drive.
