St. Armands Circle will have even more shopping opportunities than usual this weekend. The 11th annual St. Armands Winter Art Festival will feature more than 175 artists and artisans from across the country.
Attendees can shop for a variety of handmade objects such as $15 silver bracelets and life-sized sculptures in excess of $50,000. File photo.
