The buffet menu, organized by Connie Gill and Linda Dias, featured Moroccan lamb with carrots, chicken teriyaki, tabouli salad, vegetables with curry and coconut, plus the always-popular Italian lasagna. Dessert was America's favorite: apple pie and ice cream.
