Harry’s Continental Kitchens is planning on restoring a portion of the outdoor seating it lost last year.
The restaurant and deli at 525 St. Judes Drive was stripped of all of its outdoor dining seats — roughly 36 seats in total — last year because town staff said the restaurant never applied for the seats in the first place.
The Planning and Zoning Board is set to hear a request to construct a new patio that can hold tables and a special exception to allow for 24 outdoor dining seats at its 9 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19 regular meeting at Town Hall, 501 Bay Isles Road.

- By now (4:30 p.m.), I would hope the seats have been restored. The decision should be as easy as a "no" vote on Obamacare.

- Most tourists love to sit outdoors to eat while on vacation. Many residents like it too. Give Harry's the outdoor seating so they can continue to prosper! Give ALL LBK restaurants outdoor seating!
