Built in 2003, the 12,000-square-foot, three-story estate has five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms and 198 feet of frontage on the Gulf of Mexico, along with a private 30-foot dock and private beach access.
The home was one of just three properties in Sarasota County to close for more than $6 million, according to a prepared statement.
