A woman reported a suspicious flatboat in the canal behind her home. Police saw the boat, occupied by two men, leaving the area. No further action was taken.

A woman reported that a man she had been living with for two years acquired her online banking password and stole $44,600 from her bank account over the course of 18 months.

A Sarasota landscaper was asked why he took two wheelbarrows full of shell and 11 bags of mulch from a Country Club Shore yard. The landscaper told police he received permission to take the items from the landscaper in charge of maintaining the home.
