12:24 p.m. — 200 block of Sands Point Road. Property damage. A man told an inn manager he was re-enacting a football game he played more than 20 years earlier when he ruined a $1,700 plasma TV, a $200 refrigerator door, a $100 TV stand and two $300 ceramic-style lamps. The man told police he would pay for damages.

Mar Vista dollars to benefit local teen
Mar Vista Dockside Restaurant & Pub’s walls and ceiling are covered with dollar bills, signed and decorated by patrons. Every few years the restaurant removes the bills for a good cause.
