Perlman Music Program/Suncoast’s founder Izthak Perlman, a citizen of both Israel and the United States, will perform a concert Nov. 6 at Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. Funding for the concert comes from at $25,000 grant awarded by The Florida Department of States Division of Cultural Affairs.
The PMP/Suncoast concert is a partnership with The Jewish Federation of Sarasota-Manatee, which will continue its Israel 65 initiative that celebrates the rich cultural heritage of the country celebrating its 65th anniversary.
