More than 200 boys and girls youth soccer teams from across the state converged on 25 fields at the Sarasota Polo Club Sept. 5-7 for the SCI Labor Day Cup 2009 presented by Nike. The Braden River Soccer Club had 10 different teams competing in the annual soccer tournament, ranging in age from Under-10 to U18/19. The Braden River Rage U12 girls team and U16 boys team both were crowned champions, while the Braden River Premier U10 boys team finished as the runner-up in its division.
