Tabernacle plays host to youth football camp

More than 50 boys and girls ages 8-13 received professional coaching from several NFL and Sarasota Riverview High School players during the Sarasota-Manatee Youth Football Camp July 6-10 at The Tabernacle in Sarasota. Campers spent the week learning football fundamentals, improving their speed, agility and other football-related skills and participating in 7-on-7 games. This was the first year that the Rams held the camp, but head coach John Sprague said he hopes to make it a tradition.
