Pirates complete rivalry sweep

The Braden River High boys basketball team defeated district rival Lakewood Ranch for the second time this season, cruising past the Mustangs 59-46 Jan. 26. The two teams were tied at 24-24 at halftime before the Pirates went on a 25-11 fourth-quarter run to preserve the victory. Freshman Trevon Young scored 19 points and hauled in 12 rebounds to lead the way for Braden River.
