Lakewood Ranch High golfer Rocky Khara shot a 5-over pas 149 to finish 29th at the Class 2A state meet Nov. 3-4.
Khara shot a 75 the first day and a 74 the second day, finishing 14 strokes behind champion Han Kim of Lake Mary, who shot a 135. It was Khara's fourth-consecutive trip to the state meet.
The senior will now spend the next few weeks deciding where he plans to play next season. Khara has received offers from Michigan, Michigan State, Louisville and University of California, Irvine, among others.
