Manatee East Little League’s Minors Division All-Stars earned a spot in the district championship after rallying from behind to defeat North River National 10-9 in the double elimination round of the Manatee County District 26 Little League All-Star Tournament at Braden River Park.
Manatee East will try to wrap up its perfect season thus far with a district championship at 6 p.m., July 9. The team will play the winner of game 5 between Manatee American and North River National.
