Bob Mylott used his 9-iron to record an ace May 24 on the 131-yard No. 4 of King’s Dunes.

Hans Pressler and Gordon Harrison finished +10 for the Men’s Golf Association’s two-man quota points. Vern Hoyt and Gary Robson finished second at +8 and Steve Gilchrist and Dave finished third at +6.

Mary Naylor shot 30 to beat Golf Professional Steve Whidden in the Beat the Pro nine-hole event May 26. Rachel Willet finished in second place with a 34 and Judy Boehm and Jutta Tragnitz each shot 35 to tie for third place.

Sondra Ettlwoer, Jean Crouch, Nancy Kopinsky and Cathy Mantia shot 57 to win the best ball of four LGA event May 26.
Joe Donini, Jerry Snider, Greg Hatch and Art Whitson shot 128 to win the best ball gross, best ball net MGA event May 27. Jack Gripshover, Rod Romig, Jim Johnson and Tom Novasic shot 129 for second place.
Don Bornstein, Richard Haney and Hank Newman shot 116 to win the two net best ball of four MGA event May 27. The teams of Jerry Wexler, John Arimond, John Irons and Ralph Jerue and Jim Barnett, David Rossin, Brian Flynn and Jim Marlow each shot 119 to tie for second place.
Janet Turek used her Hybrid 3-wood Cobra to record an ace May 25 on the 133-yard No. 16 of University Park Golf and Country Club.
