Junior Michael Myers rushed for 62 yards on 12 carries. -
Quarterback Reggie Lindsey threw for 125 yards and two touchdowns. -
Sophomore Damen Gilbert caught a 47-yard touchdown pass to give the Mustangs the lead in the third quarter. -
Running back Michael Myers punched the ball in from a yard out to give Lakewood an early lead. -
Junior tight end Zack Self caught two passes for 20 yards. -
Freshman Zach Larson had two interceptions in the fourth quarter to help secure the Mustangs' victory. -
Sophomore Reggie Lindsey started the game under center for Lakewood. -
After the game, Lakewood coach Shawn Trent said he was pleased with the way his team played. -
Michael Myers was one of six running backs who saw action in the spring game. -
Reggie Lindsey is one of three quarterbacks who will by vying for the starting position this fall.
