Buck Schott scored four goals, including one in the sixth chukker, to lead Ten Oaks to a 9-8 victory over Tito’s in the USPA Wayne Brown Finals, sponsored by Bright House Networks and Bay News 9, March 3.
Shane Rice added three goals for Ten Oaks.
Steve Krueger scored four goals to power Tito’s. Joe Wayne Brown added three goals.
Schott was named the Most Valuable Player, and Carlos Martinez was named the Most Valuable Amateur. Krueger received the Best Playing Pony Award for his horse’s performance in the sixth chukker.
Teams return to action at 1 p.m. March 10, in the USPA National Inter-Circuit Championship 12 Goal Finals of the BMO Private Bank Cup.

Members of KC and the Sunshine Dancers, a group of Manatee County dancers ages 8 to 20, will show off their dancing skills in jazz, hip-hop and contemporary dance from 7 to 9 p.m. May 28, as the group holds a show titled "Breaking Ground."
