The State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota baseball team will face the Baltimore Orioles in an exhibition game March 29, at Ed Smith Stadium, 2700 12th St., Sarasota.
Six former Braden River, Lakewood Ranch, Cardinal Mooney and Sarasota High players, who now play for the Manatees, will be in attendance.
Admission for the game, which begins at 2 p.m., is free. Reserved tickets for seating near the SCF dugout along the third baseline are $5. Proceeds from the game will benefit SCF Manatees Athletics to support scholarships and athletic department operations.

Members of KC and the Sunshine Dancers, a group of Manatee County dancers ages 8 to 20, will show off their dancing skills in jazz, hip-hop and contemporary dance from 7 to 9 p.m. May 28, as the group holds a show titled "Breaking Ground."
