Surrounded by her family, friends and teammates, Lakewood Ranch High senior Kristen Hagaman signed a letter-of-intent this afternoon to play soccer for Mercer University.
The Lady Mustangs defender chose Mercer over the University of South Florida, Florida Atlantic University and Columbus State.
“I went there (Mercer) and fell in love with the campus and the girls,” Hagaman said. “I immediately knew that was where I wanted to be.”
Hagaman plans to major in psychology before attending graduate school for physical therapy.
