The Cardinal Mooney High School Key Club kicked off the holiday season with a donation to Bethesda House, a non-profit organization that assists families with AIDS and is under the auspices of Catholic Charities.
A school-wide food drive yielded complete Thanksgiving dinners that were delivered to Bethesda House for more than 100 families.
“We are so grateful for this outpouring of care and generosity from the Cardinal Mooney community,” said Sandy Gallagher, program director of Bethesda House. “Each year our families look forward to enjoying this traditional meal with their loved ones.”
