Members of Temple Emanu-El enjoyed special Wild West-themed family time Oct. 15 as the temple’s preschool hosted a fall festival fundraiser.

The event featured a pumpkin patch, bounce house and inflatables, face painting and more. East County residents Daniela and Chef Matthew Kaskey, of Catering by Matthew, prepared and donated brisket, beef franks and other Western-style food on site.

Proceeds from the event will be used for materials and instruction to enhance learning at the preschool.
