Nicole and Nick Clark, owners of Fitness Together in Lakewood Ranch, recently competed in and finished the Ironman Timberman 70.3 triathlon Aug. 22 in Gilford, N.H.

A 70.3 half-ironman includes swimming 1.2 miles, biking 56 miles and running 13.1 miles. This was Nick’s fifth half-ironman triathlon and Nicole’s third.

Nicole posted a five-hour, 23-minute race time, edging her husband’s 5:27 time by four minutes.
