Chabad of Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch went on an African safari for its Purim Around the World fest Feb. 28.
Guests enjoyed African music, jungle décor and a jungle-themed masquerade. This year’s delicacies featured traditional African dishes catered by Joe Slavings and Rabbi Mendy Bukiet. Drum circle facilitator Jana Broder led an interactive circle enjoyed by adults and children alike.
