Students at Cardinal Mooney Catholic High School recently raised $2,250 during the school’s annual 5-mile walk-a-thon, benefiting All Children’s Hospital and the Children’s Miracle Network.

This year, 150 individuals participated in the walk.

Donations brought the 12-year total raised to about $50,000.

Additionally, the school recently exceeded its goal of raising $1 million, as a challenge from The Patterson Foundation for the Sister M. Lucia Haas Scholarship Endowment.

The total scholarship endowment will be about $3.2 million when all committed funds are collected and matched.
