Eight hundred students in third through fifth grade laced up their tennis shoes and hit the track for the 2010 Manatee County Elementary Track Championships April 24 at Braden River High School. Students competed in a number of running events, including the 400-meter run and the 1,600-meter relay, which were both new to this year.
