- In the spirit of '76 and the Common Sense editorial today:
Our sincere thank you to the Commission for approving the LBK Club's improvement application today. This major private equity investment in our Town will not only help stop the erosion of the Longboat brand image but build our competitive brand both near and long term.
This project will undeniably attract more high end visitation to our island, which we lost over the past ten years, this to the benefit all real estate values and in support our island businesses.
Private Property Rights prevailed today as in Common Sense in 1776. Happy 4th to you and thank you for your service to our community.
