LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Plaza changes would impact Tara
Date: March 31, 2010
by: Constance McCarthy | Tara
Dear Editor:
As residents of Tara Golf & Country Club, my husband and I are against changes in the Twelve Oaks Plaza area. These include the rezoning of the southwest corner of State Road 70 and Tara Boulevard from residential to commercial as well as permitting additional uses within the plaza, including construction of the cell tower.
These changes, if made, would negatively impact the safety, quality of life and property values of all homeowners in both Tara Golf & Country Club and in the Preserves.
Please vote “no” to these changes.
