Students in Nolan Middle School's Fine Arts Club for Talented Students (FACTS) completed their second annual mural on a portable near the school's drop-off lane.
According to a press release, this year's mural depicts a 25-foot by 8-foot mangrove scene inspired by Emerson Point.
The mural, led by Nolan art teacher Wade Smith, is the second in a series of three designed to make the school's portables into a outside gallery.
The FACTS Club’s goal is to transform the portables into a mural gallery showcasing Florida's environment. Students met after school for nine weeks to complete the mural.
