Precision Farms in East County is without $90,000 in farm equipment after the machinery was burned in and early-morning fire July 29.
The Manatee County Sheriff's Office's helicopter unit located the fire at 4282 222nd Street East, Bradenton, after it was located by deputies on the ground. A total of three tractors, including one that was completely burned, and a minivan and other farming equipment were affected by the blaze, a sheriff's office report states.
The fire department arrived on scene and the fire marshall determined that the fire was "suspicious."
There are no suspects at this time, the report states.
